Taking all in its path and leaves behind only sludge
ABUSING MY dry Earth... Soaking into my skin... The top soil is loose and thin...
Now the sky glooms and despair sets in... trudging throw the water... pruny finger... soaked skin
The Sun hides behind angry clouds
a Thunderous roar... "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED"
And the hour of "No Shadows" becomes nothing but shadows...
The showers seem to have a designated path and the floods follow.
Vision obscure... blurred through precipitation
Time seems to slow with the darkness... a lagging sensation

Washing away the old and bringing in the new to our lives

It is cool now... I inhale, clean is the air
Gaze widen debris everywhere...
the truth surfaces, looks back with a gaze of sentiment
I shrug... Clean up is imminent
